Ikoma Technologies Withdraws Rights Issue & Acquisition Plan

Ikoma Technologies Limited (formerly Vuenow Infratech Limited) announced that its Board of Directors has approved the withdrawal of its in-principle application for a proposed Rights Issue, initially filed on June 8, 2026. This withdrawal is due to planned revisions in the objects of the Rights Issue, necessitating a fresh application. Consequently, the company also withdrew the proposed acquisition of M/s ICM Insurance Brokers Private Limited, as the acquisition was intended to be funded by the Rights Issue proceeds, which are no longer available. The board meeting where these decisions were made was held on September 25, 2026.
