Ishaan Infra revises preferential issue size to ₹772.5 Cr

Ishaan Infrastructures and Shelters Ltd has revised its proposed preferential issue of equity shares for consideration other than cash. The total number of equity shares to be issued has been reduced from up to 5,64,51,732 to up to 5,51,78,892 shares. This revision is primarily due to the removal of Mr. Rajesh Arora from the list of proposed allottees, as he no longer meets eligibility criteria after selling shares. Consequently, the aggregate issue size has been revised from ₹790.32 Crores to ₹772.50 Crores (₹77,25,04,488/-), at an issue price of ₹14 per equity share. The proposed acquisitions of Blisstering Electronics Private Limited (BEPL) and Bliss Cab Electronics Private Limited have also seen revised share swap ratios and issue sizes.
