Ishaan Infra revises AGM notice for preferential issue and acquisitions

Ishaan Infrastructures and Shelters Ltd has issued a corrigendum to its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) notice dated September 03, 2026. The revisions pertain to a special resolution for a preferential issue and related explanatory statement. Key changes include the withdrawal of 3,00,000 equity shares from Mr. Anshul Aggarwal and the transfer of 3,33,000 equity shares to Mr. Kaushal Surana, increasing his allotment to 6,66,000 shares. Consequently, the aggregate preferential issue size is reduced from 5,67,51,732 to 5,64,51,732 equity shares, and the issue consideration is revised from ₹79,45,24,248 to ₹79,03,24,248.
