Ishaan Infra Revises Preferential Issue Size to ₹772.5 Cr

Ishaan Infrastructures and Shelters Ltd has revised its proposed preferential issue of equity shares for consideration other than cash. The revision stems from the removal of Mr. Rajesh Arora as a proposed allottee due to his sale of company shares, making him ineligible. Consequently, the total number of equity shares to be issued has been reduced from up to 5,64,51,732 to up to 5,51,78,892 shares, with the issue price remaining at ₹14 per share. The aggregate issue size is now ₹77,25,04,488 (₹772.50 Crore), down from ₹79,03,24,248 (₹790.32 Crore). This revision also impacts the proposed acquisitions of Blisstering Electronics Private Limited (BEPL) and Bliss Cab Electronics Private Limited (Bliss Cab), with adjusted share acquisition numbers and corresponding share issuances. The company has updated disclosures related to these acquisitions and the overall preferential issue size.
