Gopal Snacks: Bipinbhai Hadvani re-appointed CMD for 5 years

Gopal Snacks Ltd. announced that its shareholders, at the 17th Annual General Meeting held on September 18, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Bipinbhai Vithalbhai Hadvani as the Chairman and Managing Director. The new term is for five years, effective from October 1, 2026, until September 30, 2031. Mr. Hadvani, the founder, brings over 30 years of experience in the ethnic savoury industry and is credited with expanding the company's network across 13 states. The company confirmed he is not debarred by SEBI. He is also related to other executive directors, being the spouse of Mrs. Dakshaben Bipinbhai Hadvani and father of Mr. Raj Bipinbhai Hadvani.
