Gopal Snacks Declares ₹0.40 Interim Dividend

Gopal Snacks Ltd's Board of Directors approved a 3rd interim dividend of ₹0.40 per share (40%) on equity shares with a face value of ₹1 each for the financial year 2025-26. The dividend will be paid on or before June 10, 2026. The record date for determining eligible members for the dividend is set for May 16, 2026. Additionally, M/s Haribhakti & Co. LLP were appointed as the Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27. The board also approved the audited standalone financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
