Power Finance Corp Fixes July 31 Record Date for Final Dividend

Power Finance Corporation Ltd. has announced Friday, July 31, 2026, as the record date for determining shareholder eligibility for the final dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26. The Board of Directors had previously recommended a final dividend of ₹3.95 per equity share. If approved by shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, the dividend payment will be processed within 30 days, subject to tax deductions at source as per Income Tax Act, 1961. Shareholders wishing for lower or nil TDS must submit necessary documents before the record date.
