Promoter Bipinbhai Vithalbhai Hadvani of Gopal Snacks Ltd Encumbers Shares Worth 1.30%

Gopal Snacks Ltd has received a disclosure from its promoter, Mr. Bipinbhai Vithalbhai Hadvani, in compliance with Regulation 31(1) & 31(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. Mr. Hadvani has encumbered 16,20,000 equity shares of the company, which is 1.30% of the total shares. The encumbrance has been made in the form of a pledge for availing a personal loan from Tata Capital Limited. The details of the encumbrance have been disclosed to the stock exchanges and the target company.
