Prozone Realty Acquires 17.51% Stake in Downtown Retail

Prozone Realty Ltd announced the acquisition of an additional 17.51% equity stake in M/s Downtown Retail Malls Private Limited. This acquisition increases Prozone Realty's total shareholding in Downtown Retail from 9.21% to 26.80%. The transaction, approved by the management committee of the Board of Directors on July 27, 2026, is in line with Prozone Realty's objective of expanding its business and related investments. Downtown Retail Malls Private Limited is engaged in real estate constructions and developments. The acquisition is a cash consideration, with shares acquired at Rs. 10/- per share. No government or regulatory approvals are required, and the acquisition is expected to be completed within 15 days.
