Grand Foundry Appoints Agarwal & Saxena as Statutory Auditors

Grand Foundry Ltd. announced the appointment of M/s Agarwal & Saxena, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 002405C), as its Statutory Auditors. This appointment was approved by the company's members at the 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on June 30, 2026. The firm will serve for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 34th AGM and continuing until the conclusion of the 39th AGM. This appointment follows the completion of the tenure of the existing Statutory Auditors, M/s ANSK & Associates. M/s Agarwal & Saxena, established in 1984, has over 40 years of experience in audit, assurance, taxation, advisory, and risk management services, with 11 partners and a team of over 75 professionals.
