Grandma Trading & Agencies Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 09, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company has also notified that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company is closed for all designated persons from the end of the quarter till 48 hours from the time of declaration of the financial results / outcome of the Board meeting on the Stock Exchange, as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor & Report Trading by insiders’.
