Grasim Industries Incorporates Associate UHG Holdings IFSC Pvt Ltd

Grasim Industries Limited announced the incorporation of its associate company, UHG Holdings IFSC Private Limited, on August 20, 2026. This new entity is established in the International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) at GIFT City, Gujarat. UHG Holdings was jointly incorporated by Grasim Industries, UltraTech Cement Limited (a subsidiary), and Hindalco Industries Limited (a promoter group company). The incorporation aims to strengthen Grasim's business and operational network. The entity's primary objects include activities related to aircraft, ships, and other modes of transportation within the IFSC jurisdiction. Grasim Industries holds a 9% stake, UltraTech Cement holds 41%, and Hindalco Industries holds 50% in the newly formed company.
