Greenhitech Ventures: 10.37 Lakh Warrants Lapse, ₹2.72 Cr Forfeited

Greenhitech Ventures Ltd has announced the lapse and forfeiture of 10,37,200 unexercised Convertible Warrants. These warrants were allotted on April 30, 2025, on a preferential basis, with a 18-month conversion period expiring on October 29, 2026. As the warrant holders failed to exercise their option within the stipulated time, the warrants have lapsed and are cancelled. Consequently, the upfront consideration of ₹2,72,26,500 (25% of the warrant value) received by the company against these warrants stands forfeited. The warrant holders will not have any further rights or entitlement to a refund.
