Greenlam Industries Limited has announced its 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. IST. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) and Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), in compliance with current regulations. Key agenda items include the adoption of audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, the declaration of a final dividend of Re. 0.40 per equity share, and the re-appointment of directors Ms. Parul Mittal and Mr. Jalaj Ashwin Dani who are retiring by rotation. Additionally, the re-appointment of Mr. Yogesh Kapur as an Independent Director will be considered. The cut-off date for determining voting rights is July 23, 2026.
