Greenply Industries Appoints Girish Kulkarni as Independent Director

Mr. Kulkarni brings over four decades of experience in the Asian insurance and financial sectors, with expertise in business scaling, governance, and strategic planning. He was instrumental in launching joint ventures and served as a founding member of Dai-ichi Life's global strategy board and Chairman - Asia Pacific (Non-Executive). The company also re-appointed Ms. Vinita Bajoria as an Independent Director.
