Growington Ventures Appoints Ankit Jalan as Independent Director

Growington Ventures India Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Ankit Jalan (DIN No. 11508097) as an Independent Director. The Board of Directors, following the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, approved his appointment for a period of five consecutive years, effective from April 17, 2026. Mr. Jalan has confirmed that he is not debarred by SEBI or any other authority, is not disqualified under Section 164 of the Companies Act, 2013, and is not related to any other director or Key Managerial Personnel of the company. Mr. Jalan holds a graduate degree and is a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, with prior experience as a Company Secretary at JEKAY WAGONS LIMITED.
