IIFL Capital Services Appoints Amit Gupta as Chief Compliance Officer

IIFL Capital Services Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Amit Gupta as the new Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) and Senior Management Personnel (SMP), effective June 15, 2026. He replaces Mr. Prasad Umarale. Mr. Gupta is a Chartered Accountant with over two decades of experience in regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and risk management within the financial services sector, including expertise in PMS, AIFs, RIAs, Wealth Management, Offshore Funds, and Mutual Funds. His prior role was Group Chief Compliance Officer at ASK Investment Managers.
