GSL Securities Re-appoints Santkumar Bagrodia as MD for 1 Year

GSL Securities Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Santkumar Bagrodia as Managing Director for a period of one year, effective October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors during a meeting held on July 29, 2026. The board also approved the Unaudited Financial Statements for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the limited review report. Additionally, the Director Report for the year ended March 31, 2026, a certificate of utilization of funds from a preferential issue, and the draft notice for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) were approved. The AGM is scheduled for September 7, 2026. Mr. Bagrodia is not debarred from holding a director's office.
