GSP Crop Science Board Approves Q1 FY27 Unaudited Results

GSP Crop Science Limited's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 11, 2026, approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The results were reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee. The company also confirmed no deviation in the utilization of IPO proceeds.
