GSP Crop Science Limited's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 11, 2026, approved the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also confirmed no deviation in IPO proceeds utilization. The 41st Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 18, 2026, with a record date of September 11, 2026, for dividend entitlement.
