GSS Infotech Appoints Bhargav Marepally as MD

GSS Infotech Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Bhargav Marepally as the Managing Director for a term of five years, effective July 14, 2026. This appointment is subject to the approval of the Central Government and the company's shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mr. Marepally, who has over 25 years of experience in the IT Services Industry and holds a double Master's degree from BITS, Pilani, previously served as director and founder of GSS Infotech Ltd and CEO of its US subsidiary.
