GSS Infotech: Trading Window Closed for Q1 FY27 Results

GSS Infotech Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons, including promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, employees, connected persons, and their immediate relatives. This closure is effective from July 01, 2026, and is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter ending June 30, 2026. The company will separately intimate the date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve these financial results.
