GTL Ltd Wins Quashing of FIR from Hon’ble Bombay High Court

GTL Ltd, a leading technology company, has announced that the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay has, by its judgment dated February 27, 2026, allowed the Writ Petition filed by the Company challenging the registration of CBI FIR bearing RC2192023E0003 dated January 21, 2023. The Hon’ble Bombay High Court has quashed the aforesaid FIR and has held that no offence is made out warranting continuation of investigation pursuant thereto.
