Gujarat Alkalies Declares Q1 FY27 Unaudited Financial Results

Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals Ltd announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on July 23, 2026, where Standalone & Consolidated Un-audited (Provisional) Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2026, were approved. The Board also granted in-principle approval for a new HCL synthesis Unit at Dahej with an approximate project cost of ₹55 Crores, aimed at enhancing chlorine utilization and optimizing Caustic Soda production. This unit's additional HCL will be used in the approved Phosphoric Acid plant. Additionally, the Vision 2047 document was approved.
