Gujarat Cotex Appoints New Independent Director, Reappoints Another

Gujarat Cotex Ltd has announced the appointment of Ms. Parul Rajesh Manubarwala as an Additional Director in the Independent Category and the re-appointment of Ms. Vidya Pramod Patil as an Independent Director. Both appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Ms. Manubarwala, with 25 years of experience in Finance and Taxation, is proposed for a five-year term.
