Gujarat Cotex Appoints Secretarial Auditor for Five Years

Gujarat Cotex Ltd has announced the appointment of M/s. K. Dalal & Co., Practicing Company Secretaries, as the company's secretarial auditor. This appointment was approved by the company's members at the Annual General Meeting held on September 28, 2026. The term of appointment is for five consecutive years, commencing from the financial year 2026-27 and concluding with the financial year 2030-31. Mr. Kunjal Dalal, the proprietor of M/s K. Dalal & Co., is the existing secretarial auditor and brings over three decades of experience in company law, securities laws, and capital market regulations.
