Gujarat Cotex Ltd Submits Annual Report for 2025-26 AGM

Gujarat Cotex Limited has submitted its Annual Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The report will be presented at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 28, 2026. The AGM will be held at Hotel Soubhagya Inn, Silvassa. Key agenda items include the adoption of the audited financial statements, the re-appointment of Shri Shaileshkumar Jayantkumar Parekh as a Director retiring by rotation, and the re-appointment of Ms. Vidya Pramod Patil as an Independent Director for a term of five years.
