Gujarat Cotex Appoints Secretarial Auditor for Five Years

Gujarat Cotex Ltd has announced the appointment of M/s K. Dalal & Co., Practicing Company Secretaries, as the company's secretarial auditor. Dalal & Co., is the existing secretarial auditor and brings over three decades of experience in company law and securities regulations.
