Gujarat Energy Appoints Cost Auditor for FY27

Gujarat Energy Limited's Board of Directors has approved the appointment of M/s. Kailash Sankhlecha & Associates, Cost Accountants, as the Cost Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27. The remuneration for the cost auditor will be subject to shareholder ratification at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The board also approved the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The meeting was held on August 11, 2026.
