Gujarat Energy Ltd Holds 14th AGM, Approves Dividend

Gujarat Energy Limited conducted its 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 29, 2026, via Video Conference. The meeting, chaired by Managing Director Smt. Avantika Singh Aulakh, approved the Audited Financial Statements for FY 2025-26 and declared a dividend of ₹8.90 per equity share, totaling ₹835.03 crore. Dr. T. Natarajan was re-appointed as a Director, and the Board was authorized to fix the remuneration of Statutory Auditors for FY 2026-27. The remuneration of Cost Auditors for FY 2026-27 was also ratified.
