GFL Fixes Sep 17, 2026 as Record Date for ₹3 Final Dividend

Gujarat Fluorochemicals Ltd (GFL) has announced September 17, 2026, as the record date for determining shareholders eligible to receive a final dividend of ₹3.00 per equity share (300% on face value of Re. 1). This dividend is for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The payment of the dividend, if approved by shareholders at the Eighth Annual General Meeting, will be subject to applicable tax deductions at source.
