Gujarat Kidney Appoints Mrs. Disha Bharpoda as Additional Director

Gujarat Kidney and Super Speciality Ltd announced the appointment of Mrs. (Dr) Disha Bharpoda as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director. The appointment, effective August 24, 2026, is subject to confirmation by shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Mrs. Bharpoda holds an MD in Radiology and has experience as a Senior Resident Doctor and runs her own radiology center. She is not related to any existing director of the company. The board also noted shareholder approval for a variation in IPO proceeds utilization.
