Gujarat Kidney Appoints Mrs. Disha Bharpoda as Additional Director

Gujarat Kidney and Super Speciality Ltd announced the appointment of Mrs. (Dr) Disha Bharpoda as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director. The appointment is effective from August 24, 2026, and is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mrs. Bharpoda holds an MD in Radiology and has prior experience as a Senior Resident Doctor and running her own radiology center.
