Gujarat Kidney corrects Director appointment status

Gujarat Kidney and Super Speciality Ltd has issued a clarification regarding the appointment of Mr. Paresh Dhoti. Initially intended as a Non-Executive Independent Director, a technical glitch prevented the completion of his registration on the IICA database. Consequently, he was appointed as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. The company states that the process for his registration as an Independent Director has now been successfully completed and he will be considered for appointment as a Non-Executive Independent Director in the next Board meeting. Mr. Dhoti holds a Bachelor of Dentistry and has 18 years of independent practice. He is not related to any existing director.
