GNFC: Authorisation for Determining Materiality Updated

Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd (GNFC) has informed the stock exchanges about a change in the authorization for determining the materiality of events or information and their subsequent disclosure. As per Regulation 30(5) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board has authorized three Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs) to handle these responsibilities. The authorized individuals are Shri Sanjeev Kumar (Managing Director), Shri D V Parikh (Chief Financial Officer), and Mr. Rajesh Pillai (Company Secretary), along with their respective contact details.
