Gujarat Pipavav Port Appoints Harjeet Kaur Joshi as Independent Director

Gujarat Pipavav Port Ltd has approved the appointment of Mrs. Harjeet Kaur Joshi as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term commencing July 1, 2026. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting on September 9, 2026. Mrs. Joshi, a qualified Cost and Management Accountant and MBA in Financial Management, brings over 40 years of extensive experience in finance and leadership roles, including her tenure as Director (Finance) and Chairperson & Managing Director of Shipping Corporation of India. She will also serve as a Member of the Audit Committee.
