Gujarat Pipavav Port Ltd Closes Trading Window for Q1 & FY 2025-2026 Results

Gujarat Pipavav Port Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the financial results of the quarter and financial year ending 31st March 2026. The window will be closed from 1st April 2026 to 30th May 2026. The date for the Board Meeting to approve the financial results is yet to be intimated. This announcement is in accordance with the Code for Prevention of Insider Trading of Gujarat Pipavav Port Limited and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading)(Amendment) Regulations, 2018.
