GSFC Launches 'Saksham Niveshak' Campaign

Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd (GSFC) has launched the second phase of the 'Saksham Niveshak' campaign from April 1, 2026, to July 9, 2026, following a request from the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPFA), Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The campaign aims to create awareness among shareholders to update their details and claim any unpaid or unclaimed dividends before they are transferred to the IEPF. Shareholders are encouraged to update PAN, nomination details, contact information, and bank account details. Required forms can be downloaded from the company website and submitted to MUFG Intime India Private Limited.
