Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd (GSFC) has submitted a clarification regarding a delay in filing the resignation letter of Mr. S. V. Varma, ED (Agri Business, HR & IR), a Senior Management Personnel (SMP). The resignation was effective April 28, 2026. The company states the delay in submitting the resignation letter within the stipulated 7 days was due to an inadvertent oversight.
