Gujarat State Financial Corporation Closes Trading Window from April 01, 2026

Gujarat State Financial Corporation has announced the closure of its Trading Window from April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the publication of audited financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Corporation's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading. The date of the Board meeting for the consideration and approval of audited financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026 will be intimated in due course.
