Shah Metacorp Approves Rights Issue of ₹498 Cr

Shah Metacorp Ltd has announced the approval of a Rights Issue to raise up to ₹4980 Lakhs (₹498 Crores). The issue involves 10,24,68,139 fully paid-up Equity Shares at an issue price of ₹4.86 per share. This will be offered to eligible shareholders in a ratio of 36 Rights Equity Shares for every 311 Equity Shares held as of the record date, May 27, 2026. The company has submitted the Letter of Offer to SEBI and stock exchanges.
