Shah Metacorp Ltd re-appointed M/s. DDH & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as Internal Auditors for the financial year 2026-27. This decision was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on May 26, 2026, where the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, were also approved. Mr. Mahendra Shukla was re-appointed as an Executive Director. The board meeting commenced at 03.45 P.M. and concluded at 04.50 P.M.
