Halder Venture Appoints Statutory, Cost & Internal Auditors

Halder Venture Ltd's board, on May 29, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s P. Somani & Co. as the Statutory Auditors for five years, starting from the conclusion of the 2026-2027 AGM until the 2031-2032 AGM. J Pal & Co, Cost Accountants, were appointed as the Cost Auditor for FY 2026-2027. M/s J Kumar Jain & Associates were appointed as the Internal Auditor for FY 2026-2027. The existing Statutory Auditors, Sen & Ray, will complete their term at the conclusion of the 44th AGM.
