The meeting agenda includes the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. Key resolutions will also be proposed for the re-appointment of Mrs. Poulomi Halder as a Director, the appointment of M/s P. Somani & Co. as Statutory Auditors for a five-year term, ratification of remuneration for the Cost Auditor (J Pal & Co. for FY 2026-27), and payment of commission to Mrs. Poulomi Halder as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director.
