Halder Venture Ltd to hold 44th AGM on Sep 7, 2026 via VC/OAVM

Halder Venture Ltd has announced its 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday, September 7, 2026, through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting will address several key business items, including the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, the AGM will seek shareholder approval for the re-appointment of Mrs. Poulomi Halder as a Director, the appointment of M/s P. Somani & Co. as Statutory Auditors for a five-year term, ratification of remuneration for the Cost Auditor, payment of commission to Mrs. Poulomi Halder, and an increase in borrowing limits up to ₹1,000 Crores. The company will also facilitate remote e-voting for shareholders.
