Hanman Fit Limited, in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015, held a Board Meeting on 13.02.2026. The meeting, which started at 10:30 a.m. and ended at 11 a.m., discussed and approved the appointment of Gunjan Gangwal (DIN: 11413389) as Additional Independent Director of the company. The meeting also allowed for discussion of any other matter with the permission of the Chairman.
