Hannah Joseph Hospital Recommends ₹2 Final Dividend

The Board of Directors of Hannah Joseph Hospital Ltd, in its meeting on May 29, 2026, recommended a final dividend of ₹2 per equity share with a face value of ₹10 for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The board also approved the audited financial results for the half year and financial year ended March 31, 2026, and re-appointed M/s. Pandiarajan.T & Co. as internal auditors for FY 2026-27.
