Popees Baby Care Approves 38th AGM Notice and Board's Report

Popees Baby Care India Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 8, 2026, has approved the notice for the 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is scheduled for September 30, 2026, to be conducted via Video Conferencing. The Board also approved the Board's Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, including the Management Discussion and Analysis. A cut-off date of September 23, 2026, has been fixed for determining voting rights, with remote e-voting available from September 27 to September 29, 2026. NSDL has been appointed to facilitate remote e-voting and video conferencing for the AGM.
