Popees Baby Care Files FY26 Annual Report and AGM Notice

Popees Baby Care India Ltd has submitted its Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-2026 and the Notice for its 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is scheduled for Wednesday, 30th September, 2026, at 12:00 PM IST, to be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), without physical member presence. The company reported a Total Revenue of ₹260.34 Lakhs for FY 2025-26, a significant increase from nil in the previous year. Profit Before Tax stood at ₹9.31 Lakhs, a turnaround from a loss of ₹9.41 Lakhs in FY 2024-25. This improvement is attributed to a change in management and business revival, effective February 7, 2026, which also led to the company's rebranding from Hari Govind International Limited to Popees Baby Care India Limited.
