Hari Govind International to Change Name, Reclassify Promoters, and Open Exclusive Brand Outlets

Hari Govind International Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors approved a proposal for changing the company's name to Popees Baby Care India Limited. The board also approved the reclassification of certain promoters from the 'Promoter and Promoter Group' category to the 'Public' category. Additionally, the company will open and commence operations of Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) on a Pan-India basis under the brand ‘Popees’. The board also approved related party transactions and the creation of a charge/mortgage/hypothecation on the company's properties.
